For the Prayer of St. Francis of Assisi, the students are allowed to recite at any point in the semester and to re-do it if they mess up. I'll enter grades as your student recites-if they do so during third quarter, then during fourth quarter, their grade will show N/A in Alma (because they've already done it) and vice versa: If the student chooses to do it during fourth quarter, third quarter will show N/A.
